We had two Christmas parties for Trevor's work on Dec 15th and 16th. The girls loved it cause they were both at Chuck E Cheese's. One was for SPOA and the other was for PAL. I love seeing my family happy!!

Christmas was so much fun!! The girls got what they wanted and had a lot of fun putting out cookies for Santa and seeing the presents on Christmas morning. I love being a Mom!! I got to make everyones PJ bottoms this year!!!

Christmas parties begin!!

Sat. Dec 12 was such a fun day. I was not really looking forward to the parties this year but thought I would force myself to have fun. Low and behold I had a great day! First we went to our friends, the Wilson's, house to make suckers and fudge with our kids. Then that night we went to the Ward Christmas Party. I was so happy our friends the Wilson's came with us!!! I was most excited to see my wonderful hubby come through the door decked out in uniform; cause he was working. I love this time of year and I love my friends and family!!!

Thanksgiving in Idaho

For Thanksgiving this year Trevor and Trudi decided to surprise the grandparents by having us be at Trudi's house for Thanksgiving. They were truly surprised to see the girls run out the door when they pulled up. We had a lot of drving but it was great to see everyone that we could.

Halloween!!!

This was Jess' first year Trick-or-Treating. She loved it!! At around 1130 AM, we went to a PAL halloween party for Trevor's work at Sherwood hall. It was very fun. They had games and food and prizes. But my favorite part was seeing my wonderful husband in uniform. I don't get enough time with him. I love him to death!!!
After the PAL party we went to check out Taeli's school carnival. It was cute!! We just walked around and bought some fresh strawberries. I love living in an agg town!! We then went home and crashed for a few hours while we waited for daddy to get home from work. He came home, brought home our new-used kitchen table (which I love!!), and then we went Trick-or-treating. The girls loved it and it was like 65 outside so it was perfect weather for it. I love spending time with my family!! Doing things together is my favorite part of any holiday!!

Taeli is 6!!!

Taeli turned 6 on the 23rd of October!! I can't believe she is that old. It seems like only yesterday she was born. They just grow way too fast.

Taeli's party was on Oct. 26th and this is the first year she wanted it halloween themed. She has grown up so much!!! She is no longer my shy little girl. She was in charge at her party and having so much fun with all her friends. She wanted to invite a whole lot more but our tiny house couldn't do it. We love her so much!!!

Mommy

I just read my sister Amy's blog and I agree. To me my mom will always be my Mommy!! Trevor thinks I am childish for calling her that but it will never change! I love you Mommy!! Thank you for being the best example so that I can know how to raise my girls. I owe everything that I am to you!!! To my girls you are Mamaw and I am so happy that we have you in our lives even if it is for brief moments!! I miss you when we are apart and wish we were together longer when we are together!!! I love you!!!

Jess Turns 2!!!

I can't believe my youngest is two!! She is the funniest kid on earth and has learned the best pout face ever!! She knows how to navigate and play games on my cell phone. She is talking up a storm and she loves to torment her sisters. She loves to sit in the car and call Shea's name and then just laugh. What a crack up she is!! I just love her to death!!!

Start Kindergarten/ Play at beach

I can't believe my baby started kindergarten. My girls are growing way to fast!!!

We got to go to the beach at the end of August because it was so warm we saw a couple dolphins playing in the waves.

WOW! has it been a while or what?!?!

Well here is what has happened since May. The girls and I moved back to Cali one tuesday in August and after pleading with Trevor to fly up and drive back with us, our Jeep decided it didn't want to leave Utah. About 20 miles from wendover in the middle of the salt flats we blew the radiator. It was only like 98 outside and we had to wait an hour for the tow truck. :-( I am so greatful the Trevor flew up and met us. I would have hated going through that alone!

After being rescued by Trevor's brother in-law, we finally made it back to Cali on Thursday.

Taeli lost her first tooth the next day. YAY!!

Ever wonder why life takes us where we go?

We are having a bit of a hard time with this question right now. My hubby wants the girls and I to move back to California to be with him. I kinda knew this would happen. I was not sure we should have moved to Utah in the first place and now I am wondering why we came here if we are going to turn around and move back a few months later. What was the purpose for us to move up here and seperate? My mom says that she knows a job will open up here for him. I just don't know. I think she might be saying that because she doesn't want us to move away again. The person that would make me the most sad to leave would be Amy. It has been tons of fun hanging out with her and Jaxon. Not that I wouldn't miss everyone else here terribly. :)
Anyway, here we sit at a cross road in our lives and I don't know which way we are supposed to go. Do we stay here and hope that Trevor finds a job and be close to family or do we head back, have Trevor keep his job, and find a house in a nice area where we aren't afraid for Taeli to go to school? What do you think?

Hogle zoo with Daddy

On Wednesday, we went to the Hogle Zoo in Salt Lake to see the animals. The girls had lots of fun. The best part was seeing the 4 year old orangatan Acara. She was so funny! Very curious and putting on a show for everyone. It was a good day to spend with Trevor. He returned to Salinas on Thursday night and we probably wont get to see him for a few months. We love you Daddy!!!
